Family Popović, Nela and Mario have been involved in olive cultivation since 2001 and continue the production of olive oil, which her grandfathers started in the last century. Oil was named after grandfather Stipe in honor of his great will, strength and love of creation. His olive grove has restored grandson Mario with his family to a total of 1,000 olive trees. Family Popović' olive plantations are located between Dračevac and Montižana, only 10 km from Poreč. „Nono Stipe“ oil comes from autochthonous Istrian olive trees: Buža, Carbonaca, Bjankera and Rošinjola. Olives are harvested manually and at least 4 hours after harvest are processed into highest quality olive oil with exceptional quality and divine flavor. Oil is cherished and preserved under adequate and controlled conditions, which maintains its aromatic taste and aroma.
